The Royal Thai Police Conference and Rehabilitation Center in Bang Lamung is located along Highway Number 3 (Sukhumvit Road), with its main entrance framed by rows of mature trees that create an immediately shaded and welcoming approach. Subsidiary roads branch off to accommodate buses and parking, while service routes are clearly separated from visitor access. Pedestrian paths connect the entrance to the beachfront, designed to comfortably accommodate foot traffic as well as electric vehicles and wheelchairs.

The main lobby opens onto a courtyard, offering an attractive outlook upon arrival. An L-shaped hotel block wraps around the swimming pool, positioning every room to face the sea and Pattaya city skyline. Conference rooms and the main dining area occupy the ground floor, extending naturally into the garden and pool terrace. Villas are arranged in clusters of five or six, each sharing a pool and multipurpose pavilion — creating a sense of community among guests. Towards the front of the compound, a restaurant and clubhouse with sports facilities are open to the public, situated by the pond in a way that keeps activity separate from the quieter residential areas within.

Throughout the site, existing mature trees have been carefully preserved and integrated into the design. They line the main entrance road and beachfront walkway, provide shade and privacy within villa gardens, and form a natural screen that shields the compound from the surrounding highway.
