Archives of the Office of His Majesty Principal Private Secretaryis the center to collect and provide service in access to the invaluable historical information such as document, manuscript, engraving, photograph of Chakri dynasty from the office of his majestys principle private secretary resource centre. The center is consists of 13,179 square meters of storage area, 1,000 square meters of exhibition, library and additional area for conference, information service center and archival storage space for rental. Clarity of the zoning is the important criteria in design, the frontal two storey exhibition hall with over hanging roof serves as an entrance to the project, followed by the 3 storey library and five storey archive building at the rear, while all parking is underground. The design pursues for the contemporary modern architecture with the amalgamation sense of Thai into the details. Since material and information in the archive are such invaluable, the concern criteria such as the control of humidity, temperature and lighting have become a very important issue.
