This large-scale office building calls for the highest standard of design and construction, as the owner and the architect envisage this building as home of the company, which expresses the company’s image and work philosophy. The design emphasizes on creating unique identity and character as well as providing functional space that meets international standards of supreme quality.

The building program calls for office space, an auditorium, meeting rooms, retail/showroom space, a cafeteria, a health club, parking and residential suites for the owners.

The unique design of the tower’s footprint derives from the profile of a pineapple, which is one of the company’s main products. Careful architectural planning and material selection result in a design solution which supports the future growth and development of the company.

A prominent design feature of the interior and exterior is an atrium linking five floors, seen from the outside as a curved glass wall, and resembling a lantern during night time.

The atrium links each floor vertically through an internal stair and facilitates interaction among staff. With consideration to energy conservation, the building is oriented to benefit from natural daylight for the office spaces while minimizing heat due to direct sun exposure.

Landscape design features incorporate plants and water to create a welcoming entrance environment, hence providing a cool atmosphere that is refreshing to both body and mind.
