Fuse Mobius spreads over a space of seventy four thousand square meters. The development is attentive to the minimum amount of footprint so as to dedicate the ground level to green and recreational spaces. With land of fourteen thousand eight hundred and fifty seven square meters the ground level has an open space of nine thousand seven hundred and seven square meters, making up sixty five per cent of the land. The project consists of four buildings with three for residential purposes and a parkade. Unlike most of the condominium projects whose living space rests on the lower parking area, the separation can overcome the limitations of double structures of the pier, which allows perfect opening for their own purposes. While bringing about efficiency, it is also cost-effective and has the least footprint possible.
